We are a social club for Toronto singles to meet each other through dances and other social events.
Our dances provide an opportunity to build a circle of friends where you can meet other toronto singles and feel welcome.
We hold the singles dances at Toronto's finest locations, and this shows people that we are not only serious, but committed. "We gather together hundreds of people each week," Peter says, "many people go for the friendships and a pleasant evening out - You might as well enjoy being single!".
There is usually a disc jockey and often live music. On occasion, our singles interested in learning some dance steps are offered dance lessons by professional dancers who attends to help out, and everyone has a lot of fun. The singles dances are held in upscale Toronto locations so clientele is expected to dress for the occasion.
Since 1991, Peter and Diane Finch have been helping make dreams come true. The couple runs the Single Professionals Network (SPN), operating singles dances every weekend in Toronto for the over 30 crowd. "We know of many couples who have married through the dances, and they even invite us to the weddings", says Peter.
Peter started his career in England and has been in the hospitality business since mid-1970's, moving from chef to catering manager and then eventually creating the Single Professionals' Network, after realizing there was a need for a place where singles could "dress up, look good and have a great time by mixing, mingling and dancing the night away".
